First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB): treated as a third party under DPRA requirements.

Authorized NUMEE support and development personnel in India: who may access data only for technical support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
All third-party personnel and service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection laws. NUMEE does not share personal data for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Cross-Border Data Processing
NUMEE’s servers are hosted in India. As a result, certain personal data may be stored, processed, or accessed outside the UAE.
Access is strictly limited to authorized India-based personnel for backend support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
By using NUMEE services, you acknowledge and consent that your personal data may be processed and stored outside the UAE in compliance with applicable UAE data protection laws.
