I look forward to the fitness classes every week and feel quite energized. We have built a community around these classes and the camaraderie built around the classes are phenomenal. In today’s day and age, it is quite important to have a wellness department in most of the organizations where staff are deskbound.
Work-life balance is what the wellness department's impact has on FAB staff. The activities allow us to have a good health condition, while at the same time become more productive at work. They inspire us to go outside our comfort zones and to be a better individual, expanding our community and extending this inspiration to others.
One of the best perks as a FAB employee is the free gym classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. These strength and conditioning sessions help a lot in my long distance running and also keeps me fit. The trainer is dedicated and committed and this is a fabulous networking opportunity with FAB colleagues, too.
The wellness programs at FAB are amazing. It features different programs which help to keep me motivated and encourages me to take part in different activities, which improves productivity, health and performance. The group fitness classes are truly amazing, working alongside the coach and colleagues.
FAB Wellness is a great initiative, where employee wellness is evidently given a priority. Very well-organized wellness sessions and fitness classes by the team. I feel proud, fit and fresh everyday walking into the office. I must say, I can feel the transformation now!

Since FAB started providing us with sports and fitness classes, I felt much stronger and more energetic. We have created a community beyond the working hours and this has made me look forward to going to work.

FAB Wellness initiatives have been a much needed addition to the FAB culture, putting the focus more on employees’ physical and mental health. Personally, I have been fortunate to have been part of the FAB Gov Games team this year, allowing me to concentrate and progress on my fitness journey and also expand my social group within FAB.
I joined FAB’s wellness programme in summer 2023 and now have a routined cheerfulness to fuel my life. FAB’s wellness programme has completely transformed my fitness routine. I feel stronger and more confident than ever before. Kudos to FAB for this great initiative.
